Test Quest is operated by Volney Cothran / Kaveat. These terms apply to all users — teachers, students, and administrators.

2 · Description of Service

An educational gamification platform for ACT test preparation including teacher content tools, AI-assisted question extraction, student gameplay, and analytics.

3 · Trademark Disclaimer

4 · Teacher Responsibilities

Teachers are responsible for ensuring uploaded content complies with copyright law and is appropriate for their students. AI-generated content must be reviewed before use.

5 · AI-Generated Content

Test Quest uses Google Gemini and Anthropic Claude for content assistance. AI content may contain errors. Teachers must review all AI-generated content before assigning to students.

6 · Limitation of Liability

Test Quest is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for damages arising from platform use.

We do not sell your personal data.

What We Collect

Account info (email, name, role), content you create (episodes, questions), usage data, and basic technical data for security.

Student Data

Student progress, accuracy, and XP are stored to power reports and analytics. This data is only accessible to the assigned teacher and is never sold or shared with third parties.

Student Privacy

Not intended for children under 13 without teacher or parental supervision. Teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent for student use.

Data Deletion

Email support@kaveat.com to request deletion of your account and data within 30 days.
